HOW TO BOOK ALICE'S TRAVELING TEA PARTY
To start the booking process, please contact us at 818-620-5952 (7 days a week from 9AM - 7PM) or send us an email.
We will then check the availability of your desired date as well as answer any questions you may have.
Should your date (or an adequate substitute) be available, we will set up a site visit to your home or desired park (if it is not a park already on our preferred list). Your date will be held until site visit.
Once we have established a suitable location, we will forward you our contract via email.
You will have 3 days to return our contract (via mail or email) to us along with a non-refundable $850 deposit, which will lock in your date. Without a contract and deposit within 3 days, we will no longer be able to hold your date.

Deposits maybe be made by credit card (Visa, MC, Amex), cash or check. If you would like to pay by credit card add the deposit to shopping cart below.
The remaining balance will be payable the day of party, prior to setup. Setup cannot commence without final payment. Credit cards and cash will be accepted in person, however no checks will be accepted the day of the party.
All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please make sure you have signed and returned a copy of our contract before leaving a deposit. No party dates and times will be held after 5 days from the date the contract has been emailed to you. Thank you.
